We were recently awarded a mechanical and electrical design & build contract to refurbish a massive distribution warehouse for Homebase and Argos in Castleford England. Our quality of service and pricing structure are well recognised by The Home Retail Group and this is the latest contract awarded to us by the group.

Our design focused on energy efficiency and cost saving, from the outset we were offering savings to the client on every aspect of the installation coupled with the opportunity to save on the future energy costs made Contract Services the perfect Design & Build partner.

We used our quality engineers from our Belfast Head office to deliver the project on time and indeed well within Budget.
