Our first visit...

During our initial visit, we will talk with you to understand your needs and wants, discuss establishing a budget, and gather information we will need to provide you with an estimate. Depending upon the size of the project, this visit normally takes from one to one and a half hours. Before we come, we recommend that you make a list of your wants, from larger issues down to the smallest details. You may also want to cut pictures out of magazines of rooms or details you like. Our initial consultation is a service provided free of charge to you.

If design work is required...

During our initial visit, we will discuss with you whether design work will be needed. You may have already consulted with a design professional, in which case they will provide drawings to us. Otherwise, our team of designers will create plans for you. Following our visit we will provide you with an estimate of the time we believe will be necessary to create a preliminary lay-out incorporating the features you want. Design work is charged on an hourly basis.
